Data transmission Unit is applied in power distribution network, used for data gathering and transmission for load detection ,fault detection and location in cable.
Date Transmission Unit is to make photoelectric translation,process and analyze the fault signal from short-circuit fault indicator and earth fault indicator transmitted through optical fiber.then send the fault signals to master station by GSM or GPRS after analysis and processing to realize fault detection,fault location and load current measurement of power distribution network .
1) GPRS real-time communication；
Communicate real-time with master station by GPRS. Client also can choose mode of timing online according to power supply condition at site or GPRS flow condition .
2) Eight roads of remote fault indication can be displayed at the same time；
Equipped with cable fault indicators, with both function of remote fault indication and remote data measurement. 8 roads of cable information can be detected, and also, 8 roads of remote indication information can be displayed in LED at same time.
3)Power supply way；
There are two kinds of power supply method according to actual situation at site:
1.1) When there is AC power supply condition at site, use AC220V power supply and matched cable, connect device power interface to PT at site.in this way, the device can work immediately after power restore.
1.2) powered by two roads of powered CT, back up used each other, if primary line current is not less than10A,device can work normally.
Note: when power supply at site is not normal.the super capacitor in the device supports the DTU running normally 30 minutes in real-time status to make sure fault information upload correctly.
1) Optical fiber receiving: receive signals of fault point and load current from indicators by optical fiber network
2)GSM or GPRS sending: send device status,line load current,indicator status and fault information to master station by GSM/GPRS and make sure the fault information can be transmitted reliably
3 )Power supply:power supply method is flexible. PT supply or two road of CT supply, if primary current is above 10A,it can work normally.
4) communication protocol:IEC870－5－101 or IEC870－5－104 to transmit fault information or shift information.
5)Remotely upgrade:device can easily be upgraded remotely
The TYHD-A3cable indicator is suitable for the cable 35kV system (including bellow 35kV system).It can indicate while there is short circuit,measure electric current,measure temperature(temperature probe attached) and transmit data.It can help line finder find the fault quickly .shorten power-off time,improve the reliability of power supply,be convenient for users to monitor the load current of line on real time.
The principle is clip-on line sensor and intelligent controller . The intelligent controller control as the core with little power consumption ,The clip-on sensor can measure the load current on real time,and transmit the current data by fiber timing. When a circuit has a short circuit fault,The cable short circuit indicator recognize it automatically ,then judge intelligently ,then display locally.At the same time transmit the action signal to the panel type indicator installed locally by fiber,which can display locally on the panel .Of course,It can transmit the data to fiber type monitoring terminal by data remote interface,realizing the remote transmission of fault signal and measured data.
